Trade only
This website and the accounts offered through it are for businesses. We do not sell to consumers. Submitting a dealer application does not create an account, and we may decline any application at our discretion.
Information on this site
Category listings, trade terms and lead times are published in good faith and may change. Pricing, stock position and availability are confirmed only on a quotation or order acknowledgement issued by us. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.
Orders and contracts
Every order is governed by our terms of sale, provided with your account documentation. Where those terms and this page differ, the terms of sale govern.
Intellectual property
The Ridgeport Supply Co. name, logo, site design and copy are ours. Third-party brand names and trademarks that may appear on this site remain the property of their owners, and their use does not imply any endorsement or partnership beyond a distribution relationship where one is expressly stated.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its systems, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or submit false information in an application.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.
