Who we are
Ridgeport Supply Co. was founded in 2026 in Southwestern Ontario to supply Canadian retailers and marketplace sellers with consumer technology and home goods. We operate from Southwestern Ontario, within a day's freight of most of the province's population and a short run to the border.
We are a young company and we say so plainly. What we offer is straightforward: honest condition grading, documentation that survives a platform audit, and a straight answer within two business days.
The business is run by its owner. When you call, you speak to the person who buys the inventory.
Why the trade terms are published
Most distributor sites make you apply before they'll tell you the minimum order or the payment terms. We publish ours so you can decide in thirty seconds whether we're worth an application.
Three commitments
Condition stated up front
New is new. Open-box is open-box. Graded and returns lots are manifested with the grade named before you buy, not discovered when the pallet arrives.
Documentation that holds up
Invoices carry everything a marketplace needs for verification — legal entity, address, itemised goods, quantities. If a platform audits you, your paperwork is not the problem.
No brand we can't supply
Our categories page lists what we actually carry. Brands appear once the authorization is in place, and not before.
Selling into Canada
Goods sold in Canada carry obligations that goods sold elsewhere do not, and they are the most common reason an import lands and cannot be shipped.
